Who We Are ?
Weida IFM (“WIFM”) was established in May 2020 to offer Facility Management services under a concession with the government, covering healthcare facilities, hotels, commercial buildings, and multi- story parking structures. Our stakeholders include hospital construction specialists and professionals with over 20 years of experience in facility management services.
At WIFM, we provide a comprehensive range of services, including facility engineering maintenance, biomedical engineering maintenance, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services. Additionally, we specialize in Sustainable Programs focusing on Energy Management and Indoor Air Quality.
Through our day-to-day operations, our team is expanding and extending services to other sectors seeking the right maintenance approach to uphold their buildings and facilities.
