We believe that Quality is the foundation to any well-established company and it is ingrained with the purpose and values of our services in all prospects. WEIDA IFM Sdn Bhd (“WIFM”) always strives to provide a full spectrum of quality-assured services to our customers.
To ensure our high quality is consistently maintained, we have established the Quality Assurance Program to continuously measure, monitor and govern our service quality. This is to provide assurance to our customers that they are receiving the most optimized services.
Furthermore, the Quality Assurance Program also helps WIFM in advocating service awareness in the market, implementing a comprehensive and effective training program, and constantly improve the quality of employees at all levels.
Safety, Health and Environment Policy
“Safety First” is the motto that WIFM practice when carrying out all spectrum of services. We have zero tolerance in safety negligence. WIFM is committed to always ensure a safe, healthful and environment friendly workplace for both our customers and our own employees. WIFM believes that all work-related injuries, unforeseen accidents, illnesses, and unfriendly environmental occurrences can be averted.
In WIFM, we see our employees as not only the assets of the company, but also part our bigger WIFM family. As such, all the safety prospects, health conditions and welfare of our employees of all levels are given the highest priority.
Furthermore, WIFM entrusted a department that is fully responsible for Safety, Health and Environment Management (SHEM). SHEM is a department that is aimed to assess all the possible related risks according to the official legislative implementation. This department is also responsible to provide recommendations and continuously monitor the SHEM execution in WIFM.
Operational Policy
The operational policies developed are meant to be a set of principles that outline the decision making and execution process within WIFM.
The objective is to improve productivity, operation effectiveness, efficiency, and to increase operation consistency. An operational policy can also help in creating better accountability and streamlining of internal process. Notwithstanding the above, it is also laws and regulations compliance.
The operational policies shall govern how WIFM operates including but not limited to the guiding principle of key process, interaction and communications between departments, and the roles, responsibilities and authorities of various departments and employees.
